Turning on Your Inner Light

Can you feel it? Can you feel the fire in your belly that burns brighter and stronger as the new year approaches? What is that burning and churning? Is it the urge to grow, the desire to tap into your potential, the need to take a risk, or the longing to live as the highest expression of yourself?

In these two weeks leading up to 2007, I want to fully support you in paying attention to that burning and looking at how you can create the coming 12 months to be some of the most exciting, meaningful, and heart-fulfilling of your entire life.

This week, I encourage you to meditate on a few of the questions that I'll be exploring at the upcoming January workshop:

On nourishment: Are you giving yourself the emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual nourishment that you need?

On taking an honest inventory: In the garden of your own life, what is flourishing and what's dying on the vine?

On the cost of suppression: What is the cost to you every time you suppress your emotions, ignore your dreams, or deny your own needs?

On reclaiming your light: What is it that will have you come even more fully alive in 2007? Are you willing to reclaim the passion, power, enthusiasm, and zest for life that may be weighed down by stress, overwork, and unattended emotions?

On vision: Do you have a vision for your life that is big enough for you?

These questions cover a lot of ground, and that's exactly what we can do together in the new year. So come with me on a journey to become an emotional genius in 2007. Let's explore how digesting your emotions and making peace with your past will allow you to defy gravity and soar to astounding heights.

It would be my great joy to support you in embracing all of who you are so that this new year will be the one where you return more fully to your inherent beauty, vitality and aliveness - making 2007 the best year of your life.

Take Action Now!

Let's start by tilling the soil of your consciousness this week and planting some of the seeds that will soon flower. In addition to the questions above, I invite you to answer the following two deceptively simple questions - keeping in mind that everything we do (or want to do) is connected with a feeling that we deeply desire:

1. What are the feelings that your soul is longing to express? How would you like to feel on a daily basis?

2. By nurturing and expressing these feelings on a daily basis, what would be possible for you? What would open up for you?
