Champagne or sparkling
Rum (light colored is better)
Fresh Mint

Course Brown Sugar
In Champagne flute put lime on rim of glass. In saucer that has
brown sugar crystals, put top of glass in the sugar so that is sticks
to the rim. Quickly pour 1/2 glass of Champagne or sparkling, a
shot of rum and fresh mint. That's it. Enjoy
