Crystal Mojitos (Christina's
favorite)
Light rum
Champagne
Lime
Fresh Mint leaves
Raw Crystal sugar (or any sugar)
Splash of Rasberry Vodka
* In martini mixer, crush mint leaves with rum (two shots per glass)
and add ice cubes
* Squeeze a bit of lime
* Rim martini glasses with raw crystal sugar by wetting with lime
on rim and placing upside down in plate of sugar.
* Add rum/mint mixture to the glass being careful not to wet the
sugar
* Add your favorite champagne
*Add a splash of Rasberry Vodka
*Serve with a mint leave floating and a lime if desired
